About the Extension
With this plug-in the easy and uncomplicated import of your Smartsupp-Chat in your shop system takes place.
Smartsupp Chat allows you to talk to your customers in real-time. You also have the option to transfer your customer's data (name, e-mail, customer number, customer group, shopping cart) to Smartupp and view it in your chat.
