Ich bin mitten in der Migration eines Shopware 5 Shops meines Kunden. Der Kunde bat mich, dieses Plugin auszuprobieren, ob es für seinen Shop geeignet ist. Noch bevor ich die Erweiterung installieren und testen konnte, wurde mein Kunde (!!) mit E-Mails, Anrufen und WhatsApp-Nachrichten des Entwicklers bombardiert. Die Kontaktdaten wurden offensichtlich dem Shop des Kunden entnommen, auf der weder Shopware 6, noch das Plugin installiert ist. Mein Kunde hat mich daraufhin gebeten, das Plugin wieder zu entfernen. Dieser Bitte bin ich gern nachgekommen.

Configuration manual

Activate the Proto AI Commerce extension in the Shopware portal under ‘My Extensions’. Once complete, open the extension and follow the instructions to create an account.

How to connect your Shopware store

Install and activate the Proto AI Commerce extension in Shopware.
Create an account at Proto AI Commerce or log in.
Follow the onboarding steps to complete the setup and select pages where you want to insert the recommendations widget.
