About the Extension

Split shipping costs on parcels

Most shipping service providers define a maximum weight that a package must not exceed. Especially in shops with heavy items it often happens that shipments of one order have to be split into several parcels.

With our plugin it is now possible to define a maximum weight in combination with a weight scale. The shipping costs are automatically calculated taking into account the maximum weight, i.e. the individual order items are automatically divided among packages.
