Das Plugin läuft sehr stabil und beeinträchtigt die Performance unseres Shops nicht. Die Resultate die wir mit Uptain bereits vom ersten Tag erzielen konnten, haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Algorithmus scheint sehr ausgereift zu sein und lässt sich perfekt auf die eigene Branche und Zielgruppe abstimmen. Die Einrichtung von Uptain ist weitgehend selbsterklärend und bei Fragen wird einem schnell und kompetent geholfen. Klare Empfehlung!

Hier bekommt man nicht nur ein Plugin, sondern es ist der Start für eine angenehme, enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team von Uptain. Man diskutiert die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten vorab zusammen durch und platziert die gut funktionierenden Automatismen in seinem Shopware-Shop. So hat man viel Zeit für das eigentliche Tagesgeschäft.

Wir nutzen dieses Plugin seit einigen Jahren, und sind sehr zufrieden! Man hat viele Möglichkeiten in den Einstellungen, um die Kaufabbrecher-Rückgewinnung den eigenen Vorstellungen anzupassen. Auch die Integration in den Shop funktionierte schnell und einfach!

Habe das Plugin seit ca. 1,5 Jahren im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Performance. 1 x konfiguriert (klappt auch sehr gut mit telefonischem Support) macht es was es soll: Kunden die den Shop verlassen haben zurückholen und Sie zum Kaufabschluss bringen.
Ob mit einer Mail, einem Popup oder einer anderen Ansprache - Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten je nach Geschäftsmodell und Kundengruppe individuell und zielgerichtet auf seine Kunden einzugehen.
Kann es nur jedem empfehlen es auzuprobieren. Meine Empfehlung habt ihr jedenfalls.
