Simply send customer and order data directly to Lexware Office. Invoicing and automatic booking are carried out in Lexware Office.

Shopware and Lexware Office
The Shopware interface is an innovative communication interface between Shopware and Lexware Office - the simple online accounting software. You save yourself the transfer of information relevant to accounting from Shopware to the Lexware Office software. The plugin takes over the data transfer automatically so that you can always access the latest data from your shop in Lexware Office.

Dieses Plugin erleichtert das Arbeiten zwischen Shopware und LexOffice - der Support ist überragend - Soforthilfe ist hier angesagt - kann ich nur empfehlen.

Im Herbst 2018 hatte ich den ersten Versuch unternommen, Shopsy statt das bisherige Plugin von Shopqueue zu nutzen. Damals ging das noch schief, weil Shopsy noch nicht soweit war.
Inzwischen ist es weiterentwickelt und nun für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt!
Besonders gefällt mir die Übermittlung der Shopware-Kundennummer und die Rückübermittlung für "komplett bezahlt" an den Shop. Auch das Übermitteln der Kundendaten klappt reibungslos. Was mich bei Shopqueue ein Extraabo gekostet hätte, gibts hier gratis mit dazu.
Das Zusammenspiel mit Lexoffice klappt sehr gut. Ich kann nach Übermittlung der Daten aus dem Shop entweder die Rechnung sofort erstellen oder falls nötig noch Änderungen vornehmen.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass ich jetzt die komplette Buchhaltung incl. Rechnungsstellung dort habe wo sie hin gehört, nämlich im Buchhaltungsprogramm. Ich sehe jetzt dort viel besser wo z.B. Mahnungen fällig werden als in Shopware und kann mir so auch das Zahlungserinnerungsplugin sparen.
Und es entfallen auch so unschöne Dinge wie das Rechnungen als Eingangsbeleg gebucht werden wie vorher. Jetzt sind das ganz ordentlich wie es sein soll Ausgangsbelege.
Und falls doch was mal nicht klappt: Der Support war bisher immer super. Sowohl im Herbst als auch jetzt bei der Wieder-Installation.

Perfektes Plugin mit noch besserem Support

Das Plugin tut genau das was es soll und verkompliziert das eigentliche Thema (Bestellungen sauber und automatisiert an Lexoffice zu übertragen) dabei kein bisschen. Die Einrichtung ist fast selbst erklärend und wirklich einfach.
Ich hatte nun schon 2 mal Kontakt mit dem Support und Daniel hat beide mal geglänzt!
Super schnelle Rückmeldung, kein unnötiges Blabla und das Problem wurde beide male sauber und schnell gelöst.
Wohl bemerkt mussten für meine Änderungen beide male neue Versionen des Plugins rausgebracht werden.
Das Plugin ist jeden Cent Wert.
Ich hatte nun schon 2 mal Kontakt mit dem Support und Daniel hat beide mal geglänzt!
