PayPal, one of the leading payment service providers, is the solution for quickly and easily receiving online payments. With only a few clicks, your customers are able to place and pay for their order – and you can boost your turnover by an average of 18.7%.*

With more than 220 million customer accounts in 190 countries worldwide, PayPal opens up the possibility to reach an increasingly widespread customer base.

European consumers approach shopping over the internet with caution, but with PayPal, customers know they can trust your shop. Additionally, in the event a problem should arise, you are protected against fraudulence and default by PayPal’s Seller Protection program.

Use the PayPal integration of Shopware to easily offer every common payment method to your customers.

Here is how PayPal works:

Your customer decides he would like to pay securely using PayPal. He is then passed over to PayPal, where he enters his account details and confirms his purchase.

PayPal then transfers the money from the customer’s PayPal account to yours. The procedure is as fast as sending an email.

You are then free to ship the ordered goods without waiting for the payment. This is where customer satisfaction comes in to play.

Nicht ganz optimal

Insgesamt fast fehlerfreie Funktion. Sehr nachteilig ist das bei anklicken des PayPal Express Buttons weder Versandkosten berechnet werden, noch das wenn aus einem Land wo steuerfrei hin geliefert wird, die Mehrwertsteuer abgezogen wird. Müsste unbedingt behoben werden da PayPal Express sonst unbrauchbar ist.

Hallo Peter,

Informationen, wie Steuern oder auch die endgültige Versandart und Kosten, stehen zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht fest. Erst wenn man den Express-Kauf startet und von Paypal zurückgeleitet wird in den Shop, liegen Adressdaten vor. Der Kunde kann dann noch Versandart einstellen und die erhobenen Kosten einsehen sowie auch die Besteuerung wird anhand der Kundendaten ermittelt.

Seit dem update auf 3.3.0 ist in der Bestellemail das Logo unterhalb von:

Version 3.01 läuft einwandfrei

Mit der Version 3.01 sind alle vorgenannten Darstellungsprobleme (Banner-Slider, Feedback Button, Ambiente Banner) behoben. Alles bestens - und vielen Dank für die schnelle Umsetzung.
