mehr Funktionen wäre schön...
Wenig Funktionen
Wenn man einen richtigen Berater haben will kommt man wohl nichts ums Selbermachen herum.
Für diesen Premium-Preis ist das Plugin ein Ärgernis!
Ich habe auch schon den Support auf diese Ärgernisse angesprochen, passiert ist seitdem jedoch in diese Richtung gar nichts. Bei einem 50€-Plugin könnte man noch darüber hinweg sehen. Aber nicht bei einem (vermeintlichen) Premium-Plugin. So ist das nur Murks!
Keine gute Wahl.
Immerhin hat der Support die Deadline komplett ausgenutzt um mir zu sagen "Bauen wir nicht ein, weil wir nicht auf jeden Kundenwunsch eingehen können". Ist für mich natürlich verständlich wenn ich wirklich kundenspezifische Anforderungen habe. Aber so eine grundlegende Funktion muss bei 500€ einfach drin sein. Könnte mir beim besten Willen keine Branche vorstellen, bei der das Sinn macht dieses Plugin einzubinden um wirklich für die Kunden adäquat ein Produkt vorzuschlagen, ohne hunderte Stunden in die Aufspaltung des Beraters in verschiedenste Teilbereiche aufzuwenden, sodass immer ein Ergebnis dabei raus kommt. Wenn man das Plugin so einstellt, dass ich beispielsweise auch weiße T-Shirts bekomme, obwohl ich eigentlich Grün haben wollte, ist der Kunde ganz bestimmt super zufrieden. Bin bei Shopware mehr als zufrieden, aber dieses Plugin war ein Griff ins Klo.
