kein Support bei Bug durch Update

Seit einem Update auf die Shopware Version 5.2.14 ist die für uns die kaufentscheidende Funktion eines herstellerbezogenen Staffelrabattes nicht mehr gegeben. Obwohl wir den Bug umgehend gemeldet haben, konnte das Problem auch nach 3 Wochen noch nicht behoben werden. Daher keine Empfehlung für dieses wirklich nicht günstige Plugin. Letztendlich wurde von einem Shopwarepartner eine Vorgängerversion aufgespielt und es hat wieder funktioniert.

das von Ihnen bemängelte Verhalten wird im Ticket http://issues.shopware.com/issues/PT-7346 bearbeitet.
Dieses wurde bereits für eine der kommenden Versionen des Plugins eingeplant.

Gutes Plugin mit Detailschwächen

Grundsätzlich tut das Plugin das, was es tut, es reduziert Artikel, oder stellt Aktionen zusammen.

Jetzt kommt kommt das große ABER:
Leider ist die Usability-Tiefe nicht gegeben. Denn die Reduzierungen werden nur virtuell übernommen. Heisst um Produkt selber ändert sich gar nichts. Dadurch funktionieren Filter auf den Pseudopreis nicht, so z.B. bei den Product Streams (zur Filterung aller reduzierten Artikel in eine eignen Sale Kategorie), auch werden die Preise im hauseigenen Bundle Plugin nicht übernommen, hier steht weiterhin der volle Preis.

Der Käufer sollte meiner Meinung nach bei hauseigenen Modulen, wie den Product Streams oder dem Premium Bundle Plugin erwarten können, dass ein Zusammenspiel hier funktioniert.

Somit ist es leider für unseren Einsatz leider nicht geeignet.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.
Aktuell wird der Pseudopreis tatsächlich nur virtuell gesetzt. Wir haben zu diesem Sachverhalt einen Verbesserungsvorschlag in unserem Issue-Tracker angelegt: https://issues.shopware.com/#/issues/PT-6429
An der Kompatibilität mit dem Bundle arbeiten wir, wie von Ihnen beschrieben ja bereits, wobei wir hier auch die Wünsche der Kunden respektieren müssen, die einen durch das Bundle rabattierten Artikel nicht auch noch über die Promotion doppelt rabattieren wollen. Die Umsetzung der Kompatibilität ist hierdurch komplexer, da es eine Auswahlmöglichkeit für beide Seiten geben muss.
Wir hoffen, dass nach Umsetzung dieser Anforderungen das Plugin Ihren Anforderungen besser entsprechen wird und freuen uns immer über Anregungen und Hinweise, die uns helfen unsere Produkte für Sie zu verbessern.
