Anfangs mit noch ein paar kleinen Fehlern behaftet. Nun ist das Plugin aber mittlerweile ein großer Schritt in die richtige Richtung und weitaus besser als sein Vorgänger. Die Verwaltung ist auch weitaus besser geworden.

Wir haben bis jetzt nur positive Erfahrungen mit Trusted Shops gemacht.
Der Support ist super hilfsbereit und hilft gerne und jederzeit bei allen anstehenden Fragen.
Es gibt sogar Alternativ-Lösungen, falls es im Standard (wie es bei Shopware der Fall sein kann) nicht direkt funktioniert.

Wir sind super zufrieden.

Das Plugin war schnell und einfach in Shopware 5 integriert. Bewertungssystem wird von unseren Kunden gerne genutzt. Support reagiert schnell bei z.B. falschen oder nicht wahrheitsgemäßen Bewertungen. Einen Abzug gibt es für den Preis der Nutzung von TrustedShop, dieser könnte etwas günstiger sein, fließt hier aber in die Bewertung des Plugins nicht mit ein.

Nachdem uns der Support von Trusted Shops bei der Einrichtung geholfen hat läuft jetzt alles wunderbar und bringt gute Ergebnisse. Unsere Kunden scheinen dem Tool zu vertrauen und wir bekommen viele ehrliche und auch überwiegend positive Bewertungen. Preis-Leistung ist akzeptabel.
