About the Extension

Use this plugin to connect Shopware's Custom Products with the JTL Shopware Connector. You will receive all relevant data directly for an order where a customer has configured an item, you receive all relevant data directly in your JTL Wawi. This allows you to process the order completely in your JTL Wawi.

Shopware creates a separate order item by default for each option and each selected option value. This can quickly lead to a order, as it is not necessarily clear which configuration belongs where. To remedy this you can add information to the transmitted information or hide superfluous items completely (these will then not be transmitted to the the Wawi).

The data can be adapted individually per field type. For example, you can transmit the customer's text entry directly in the item name, so that it is directly visible everywhere and even appears directly on the documents.For selection fields, you can transmit the selected options collectively in one position, or each selected value individually, but with the assignment to the associated option. This way you get the necessary information together in the right place.
In addition, you can simply deactivate superfluous positions and not even transmit them to the Wawi, so that your orders become much clearer. The necessary information is then no longer transmitted twice and three times, but can be adapted according to your wishes.
With this plugin, you can also transmit the information for upload files and images directly into your JTL Wawi. You can choose whether you want to transfer only the file path or the complete URL. In this way, you can also integrate the upload files directly into your documents, for example, or send an email to a clerk when an order is received so that he or she can download the files. It is best to speak to your service partner about this.Note: it is not possible to transmit the files themselves!

Use the data in your documents as well. This way you can also use the selected configuration on the order, the invoice, the delivery note or the or even on supplier orders.

IMPORTANT: Adjustments in the Wawi like the integration in the templates is not part of the plugin. We also cannot offer support for setting up workflows, e.g. to send the upload links by e-mail. This must be done by you or your service partner.

The product configurator is still set up as normal via the Shopware backend. The transfer of data to the Wawi takes place via the official the official JTL connection. An adjustment of the Wawi or of the connector is not necessary.

Install the plugin only after the JTL Shopware Connector.
Then simply adjust the options to your requirements via the Shopware backend.
Once the plugin has been activated, orders are transmitted during the Wawi matching with the configurator information as set up

Caution: the configurator is not part of the plugin and must be purchased separately.

Optional data can be transmitted to the following places in the Wawi:

- in the note of the order item

. The text can be found in Wawi in the order by right-clicking on the item - Note.

In the current Wawi templates, the item note can be inserted into the template via the variable InvoicePosition.Note.

Equivalently, the text can also be used in workflows.

- appended to the item name:

. Only for short configurations, as the number of characters is limited

Hide items

Individual items can also be hidden to make the order clearer. Make sure that the corresponding information appears elsewhere instead. For example, you can transfer the information to the main item. For selection fields, you can choose to hide the option itself or the option values. If you hide the option values, you can simply have them transmitted collectively to the Wawi via the option itself. This keeps your order clearer.
Note that items are only hidden if no price is set for this item. If a price is set, the item will be transmitted unchanged so as not to change the total price of the order.

Tip: Test the different settings. This is the easiest way to find out what the settings do. If you are not sure about a setting, simply select "no change", then no change will be made by the plugin for the corresponding field.

Setting options (explanation using an example)

By default, Shopware transmits the data as in the following example. Each line represents an item in the order, the type of field is in brackets:

T-shirt (main product)
Writing (text field)
Colour (single selection - the option itself)
Red (single selection - the selected option value)
Sticker (multiple selection - the option itself)
Marybugs (multiple selection - one selected option value)
Ants (multiple selection - another selected option value)

You can now activate the transmission of option name and the option values for all fields via the plugin settings. As a result, you will receive the following order in the Wawi:

T-shirt (main product)
Writing: Peter's Favourite T-Shirt (text field)
Colour: red (single selection - the option itself)
Colour: red (single selection - the selected option value)
Sticker: Ladybird, Ant (multiple selection - the option itself)
Sticker: ladybird (multiple selection - one selected option value)
Sticker: Ant (multiple selection - another selected option value)

Since the information is basically duplicated now, you can hide items if you wish. For example, your order in the Wawi could look like this:

T-shirt (main product)
Writing: Peter's Favourite T-shirt (text field)
Colour: red (single selection - the option itself)
Sticker: ladybird, ant (multiple selection - the option itself)

Alternatively, you can also have the configurations transferred to the main item and do without the individual items altogether, it will then look like this:

T-shirt (main product)
(Note of the order position: lettering: Peter's favourite T-shirt, colour: red, sticker: ladybird, ant)

Note: Upload files must always be transmitted via individual positions!

Using the note of the order item in templates

In the current templates, you will find the variable, for example, in the invoice under the name InvoicePosition.Note

Use image URL:

You can activate the transfer of the image URL in the plugin settings.

Display image in template:

To display an image in the template, add an image to the template within the position table. within the position table. To do this, select "Formula" and use the following function to output a single image using the URL (here the example of the invoice):
