About the Extension
This plugin extends your POS system Shopware POS according to the requirements of the Austrian Cash Register Security Ordinance. Please note that you must first install the Shopware POS powered by Pickware Plugin to use this plugin. Open plugin in the store »
Pickware is integrated directly into the Shopware backend as the official ERP system.
With Pickware, there is no need for any additional systems with error prone interfaces.
You work on the real-time data of your shop at any time.
In other words: Pickware makes Shopware your ERP system!
Since 2017, Austria has had a legal obligation to protect the records in a cash register against manipulation by means of a technical security device. This requires a cash register that complies with the Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung (RKSV) and an implementation of the equally prescribed manipulation protection as well as the registration of the facilities via FinanzOnline and a successful start document check. This plugin extends your Shopware POS by a connection to the external security device of fiskaltrust, so that the legal security of your POS can be guaranteed.

- All FinanzOnline-declarations are included when purchasing the product "fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud incl Sorglos".

All automated processes are covered for a fiskaltrustCloud:
- Required financial online messages of the signature creation unit
- Required financial online messages from the cash register
- Required financial online receipt checks (start, monthly, annual receipt, etc..)
- Required, revision-proof online storage of the data acquisition protocol in accordance with the RKSV
- Cloud backup of receipt data
Requirements for using the plugin
- User for the cash register web service at FinanzOnline
- Booking of the product "fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud incl Sorglos" in the fiskaltrust portal
Hinweis Please note that the necessary booking of the "fiskaltrust.SignatureCloud incl Sorglos"-Package results in additional costs, which have to be paid directly to fiskaltrust!
