About the Extension
This plugin allows you to create credits and partial credits while maintaining the relationship to the original order and the transaction IDs assigned to it when payment has been made via payment gateways. This is important because without this reference, the decoding for the reversal can not be done automatically because the transaction ID would be lost as a flag.
The (partial) credit is generated directly in the well-known "Order Details" dialog in the Shopware backend. Here one or all items for the creation of the credit can be marked under "Positions", the document will then be created and stored as usual under "Documents".
In the plugin settings, you can also specify whether shipping costs are credited.
