Description

Product Recommendation Quiz and Analytics plugin is created to guide your customers in search for products that best meet their needs. The plugin plays the role of a virtual sales consultant who asks targeted questions and makes sure customers find exactly what they are looking for.

The plugin enables the possibility to create a survey in a multiple-choice question format with or without images and display it in the frontend via a shopping world component. After the survey questions are answered, the customer will get product recommendations based on their answers. The plugin also collects data on how many respondents completed the survey and how many respondents made a purchase based on the product recommendations.

Configuration manual

Use Plugin Manager to install the plugin. For the menu items to appear in the backend menu, please, refresh the backend after completing the installation. The following elements will appear as a result of installation:

“Product Recommendation Quiz” within the “Configuration” menu item
“Recommendation Quiz” custom shopping world component within shopping world additional elements
“Product Recommendation Quiz” and “Product Recommendation Quiz - Orders” within Marketing > Analysis > Analysis
