Bei der Installation trat eine Fehlermeldung auf, was allerdings auf die veraltete Version unseres Shops zurückzuführen war. Der Support hat uns innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet und eine Lösung präsentiert. Besser geht es nicht! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir können verstehen, dass man sich mal ärgert wenn etwas nicht gleich auf Anhieb klappen mag. Durch eine schlechte Bewertung allein verpasst du allerdings die Gelegenheit Dir helfen zu lassen. Wir können Dir nur eine Lösung aufzeigen, wenn Du uns auch die Chance dazu gibst.

Ein generelles Problem mit der Speicherung der Plugin-Konfiguration liegt uns bisher nicht vor. Diese Erweiterung besteht schon seit vielen Jahren und leistet in vielen Shopware Shops ihren Dienst. Wir sind überzeugt, dass sich Dein Anliegen über unseren Support schnell hätte lösen lassen können. Wende Dich daher gerne an unseren Support.

Das Plugin funktioniert einwandfrei. Nichts zu beanstanden. Das Plugin ist mit dem Zenit Theme Horizon kompatibel. Viele Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Der Support ist kompetent, freundlich und reagiert wie der Blitz. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

Ich habe den Plugin als Testversion herunterlanden und wollte diese für die Black Week Sale nutzen. Am Ende habe ich darauf verzichtet. Den Plugin zu verstehen und richtig zu meinstern ist für eine Laie mühsam und erfordert viel Zeit und Geduld. Also, es konnte ein bisschen intuitiver sein.
Ich wollte keine Sterne abgegeben, da ich vielleicht zu wenig Erfahrung mit solchen Sachen habe und will niemanden schlecht bewerten, nur weil meine Kenntnisse gering sind aber ohne Sterne kann mann diesen Rapport nicht schicken. Allerdings, der Support konnte sich auch ein bisschem Mühe geben und vielleicht den Kunden per Fernsteuerung helfen, zum Beispiel.

Das Plugin ist Klasse.
Leichte Bedienung, gute Aussehen, gute Anpassbarkeit, einfach rund rum ein gutes Plugin.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich allerdings den Support!
Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Darstellung und ich habe an den Support gemeldet.
Es hat keine 15min gedauert und das Problem war behoben. Besonderen Dank hierbei an Madeleine für den Top Support.

Sauber programmiert, viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, einer der wenigen Entwickler der auch an "Custom CSS" in der Pluginkonfiguration denkt, integriert sich ohne Probleme und Fehler ins Theme, sehr, sehr zufrieden.

Configuration manual

Installation of the plugin

Basically, themes are installed the same way as other plugins from the Community Store. Only very few steps are necessary for this:

Open the plugin manager under Configuration > Plugin Manager
Under My Purchases the plugin will appear
Install and enable the plugin

Theme compiling

In some cases, there are settings in the plugin configuration, which will be updated by recompiling the theme. This is necessary so that the LESS files of the plugin are summarized with the theme.
