About the Extension

Tawk is a free messaging app that lets you monitor and chat with visitors on your website. Reduce abandoned shopping carts.


You need a free tawk.to account to use this plugin.

Agents Chat Apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android and in the Browser.

The color and language of the widget can be customized in the tawk.to backend (Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch, Italienisch and many more).

Create a separate Tawk Widget for every Subshop and show the Widget in different languages and appearance.

Plugin funktioniert ohne Probleme. Bei einer Rückfrage bzgl. der Subshopfähigkeit wurde mir innerhalb weniger Stunden kompetent geholfen.

Wir nutzen tawk.to auch auf unseren anderen Webistes/Shops... für Shopware ist das Plugin zwar nicht umsonst, aber es erfüllt zu 100% das, was es soll...und der Support ist schnell! :)

das i-Töpfelchen für den customer support! ein must für jeden. In Kombination mit der App immer und überall auf den Kunden reagieren. support selbst ist großartig und funktioniert natürlich über das tawk widget selbst optimal. auch für sub-shops geeignet mit verschiedenen agenten.

Damit lässt sich der tawk.to Chat schnell integrieren. Wir hatten noch eine Frage dazu (Chat wurde erstmal nicht im Frontend angezeigt / das lag aber am SW5.1 Cache Verhalten). Schnelle Kontaktaufnahme des Plug-In Anbieters dazu.
Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Plug-In gerne weiter.
