Hilfreicher Support trotz drittanbieter Theme.

In unserem Shop verwenden wir ein fremdes Theme welches nicht vom Shopware ist. Deswegen gab es zunächst ein individuelles Probleme mit der Richtigen Darstellung. Nachdem der Support informiert wurde, wurde mir schnell geholfen und sogar eine zusätzliche Datei für mein Theme angefertigt. Damit wurde das Problem behoben. Alles in einem top support.

Leider ist das Plugin seit 3,5 Monate nicht nutzbar.
Das angefragt Produkt wird nicht in der Nachricht an den Shopbetreiber übermittelt.
Das Problem wurde bereits Ende Januar bemängelt. Seit dem werden wir hingehalten.
