Description

With the app "Order Position comment" you can allow your customers to send an additional comment on an article basis. This is helpful if you have individual products and you want to request special data from the customer.
This new app allows your customers to enter a comment per item in the last checkout step (confirm page). The comment can then be used in the order email. Starting with app version 2.0.0 your customer can enter the comment already on the detail page. If necessary, the comment can be adjusted again by your customer in the last checkout step.
In the backend the comment is displayed from version 1.1.0.
This app works with the standard Shopware 5 Responsive Theme.

Notice: Not compatible with AboCommerce from Shopware.

Perfektes Plugin und TOP Support

Ein wirkliches tolles Plugin, welches bei uns schon lange im Einsatz ist.
Sobald wir ein anliegen hatten wurde vom Support so schnell reagiert und nachgebessert, dass es schon verdammt schwierig ist das noch zu überbieten. Hier ist man wirklich noch König als Kunde.

Klare Empfehlung zu Plugin und Anbieter

Was soll man schreiben, wenn man perfekt zufrieden ist? Das Plugin tut exakt was es soll und spart mir damit etliche Mailerei. Das Kommentarfeld kann sogar als Pflichtfeld angelegt werden, was versehentliches Leerlassen ausschließt.

Der Support ist vom Feinsten, selbst ein von mir gewünschtes Feature wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit eingebaut.

Fazit: Volle Punktzahl für mehr als volle Leistung.

Das Plugin ist einfach nur super. Lies sich wie jedes Plugin einfach installieren. Sehr einfache Bedienung und macht, was es verspricht. Jetzt kann der Kunde uns endlich Kommentare zu einzelnen Bestellpositionen zukommen lassen und wir haben uns Mail-Verkehr gespart. Super für individuelle Produkte und zusätzlichen Weisungen oder Wünschen. Gut für den Kunden - gut für uns!

Nach dem Update auf die neue Shopware-Version machte das Plugin einige Probleme in der Darstellung. Uns wurde aber sehr schnell kompetent und freundlich weitergeholfen. Es wurde gleich eine neue Version erstellt und Installiert. Das Plugin macht jetzt wieder das was es soll - wir sind sehr zufrieden damit und können den Anbieter und deren Plugins nur weiterempfehlen.
