About the Extension

Our plugin has been specifically developed to enable retailers to comply with EU Regulation 2023/2673.

EU Directive 2023/2673: The mandatory revocation button in online shops

With EU Directive 2023/2673, online retailers are required from June 19, 2026, to offer consumers a simple, digital way to revocate contracts. The so-called revocation button must be just as easily accessible and clearly identifiable as the order button – and must not be replaced by complicated forms or cumbersome processes.

What must an online shop provide according to the guidelines?

A clearly labeled button (e.g., "Revoke contract") that is displayed directly in the customer account or order overview.
An immediate revocation process where revocation can be carried out with just a few clicks – without any media breaks.
Immediate confirmation of the revocation to the customer, e.g., via email. B. via email.
Permanent visibility of the button during the statutory revocation period (usually 14 days after delivery).
A user-friendly presentation that is legally compliant, accessible, and free of misleading information.
