About the Extension
Pick-up of ordered products from a store location
You can now offer your customers the new store pick-up option at the end of the ordering process with the help of the new "StorePickUp" plug-in.
To do so, first install our "StoreLocator" plug-in to ensure that all stores can be saved and updated in the system. Then install and activate the "StorePickUp" plug-in to use the additional features.
Here's how it works:
By selecting the 'Store pick-up" option, the nearest store will automatically be recommended to the customer automatically based on the billing address entered or previously stored in the system. The customer can change it manually before completing the ordering process.
Activate the stores where pick-up is possible in the back end in the records for the "StoreLocators". Once this is done, they will be displayed in the front end when selecting the stores.
After completing the order, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the desired store where the goods can be picked up.
Extensions
Extend the "StoreLocator" with these plug-ins for additional features. Includes:
- StorePickUp - Pick up in a store
- Automated & manual selection of the nearest retailer or store for pick-up.
- Simple, selective choice of stores in the back end, that offer pick-up in person.
- Confirmation e-mail to the customer with information about the selected branch store, optionally also in the stored in the "StoreLocator" satellite stores.
- BusinessHours - Store opening hours
- Individual registration of business hours for each retailer & store
- Automatic recognition of national and regional holidays
- Opening and closing hours can be individually entered, for example for Sunday openings or closing due to inventory.
- StoreStock - Product availability in stores
- Display product availability for retailers & stores
Requirements
To use StoreStock, you must install the „StoreLocator“ plug-in.
