Großes Lob an den Entwickler! Support und Qualität sind hier an höchster Stelle.

Probleme werden sofort angegangen und auch das Plugin selbst ist vorbildlich in Funktion und Usability.

Wir haben uns das Plugin runtergeladen, installiert und alle nötigen Anpassungen getätigt, um es anschließen betreiben zu können.

Genau eine handvoll Bestellungen und einen Tag lang hat es funktioniert, bevor das Amazon Pay Team aus München uns den Hahn zugedreht hat.
Auf die Nachfrage, warum wir gesperrt wurden, wurde auf interne Richtlinien verwiesen. Wir haben es nicht verstanden und verstehen bis heute nicht, warum wir gegen die Richtlinien verstoßen. Andere Mitbewerber mit der gleichen Konstellation und Angebot wie wir, gibt es zu Genüge.

Auf eine weitere E-Mail, dass wir doch nicht gegen die genannten Richtlinien verstoßen und ob man uns doch bitte sagen könne, auf welche Klausel man sich beruft, wurde nicht reagiert. Stattdessen wurde unsere E-Mail gesperrt (Blacklist).

Als wir dann mit einem anderen Absender Amazon Pay noch mal angeschrieben haben und um einen Gesprächstermin in München gebeten haben, wurde auch die zweite E-Mail auf die Blacklist gesetzt.

Entweder strotzt das Unternehmen vor Überheblichkeit und Arroganz, oder die Sachbearbeiter im München haben an dieser Stelle Ihre Kompetenzen überschritten.

Durch diese Willkür und kontraproduktive Arbeitsweise ist uns bis heute nicht bewusst, wo das Problem ist und wie man dieses beseitigen könnte.

Wir sind schwer enttäuscht.

Das Plugin selbst scheint, so weit wir es testen konnten, gut umgesetzt worden zu sein.

Die Installation war sehr gut beschrieben und einfach.
Allerdings ging das Plugin bei mir erst nicht richtig (Fehler lag aber bei uns im Shop bei einigen ISO Codes von Ländern).

Nach einem Anrufe beim Hersteller habe ich am Freitag Abend eine halbe Stunde später um 18 Uhr einen Rückruf bekommen und der Markus hat das Problem schnell per Team Viewer behoben.

Dieses Plugin ist ENDLICH ein zuverlässiges, klar strukturiertes Plugin für AmPay. Die WorstIT, die den "großen Vorgänger" anbietet, war bereits die letzten Jahre stark in der Kritik. Die sollten besser Alexa-Spielerei weglassen und dafür ein zuverlässiges Plugin bereitstellen.
Im Backend bei der Konfiguration super klar strukturiert, in mehreren Teilschritten mit automatischer Validierung. Dazu Videoerklärungen verlinkt.
Eine kleine Zwischenfrage mit dem Support: wurde schnell, freundlich und kompetetent geklärt.
Frontend: die MouseOvers werden in allen Shop-Zielsprachen ausgeliefert. Es funktioniert auf Anhieb.
Ein großes DANKE und macht weiter so!

Fantastisch. Alles läuft ohne Fehler und die Installation war Dank der guten Dokumentation sehr einfach. Bedingt duch ein anderes Zahlmodul musste das Layout eines Buttons angepasst werden. Auch hier gab es einen freundlichen Support der das schnell und kompetent beheben konnte. Vielen Dank.

Das Plugin funktioniert zuverlässig und passt sich nahtlos in unseren Checkout ein. Wir konnten unseren Umsatz mit Amazon Pay um 20% steigern.
Auch die Anbindung an Plentymarkets hat dank dem super Support einwandfrei geklappt und ist jetzt voll automatisiert.

Das Plug-In Amazon Pay ist klasse. Die Kunden können im gewohnten Amazon-Backend schnell und einfach die Zahlart / Lieferadresse wählen, werden dann direkt zum Checkout weitergeleitet und brauchen nur noch einen Button klicken.
Einfach zu empfehlen.

PS: Hatte ein paar kleine Änderungswünsche, die der Support rasend schnell und KOSTENLOS umgesetzt hat. Vielen Dank dafür. :)
