About the Extension
With our Export for DATEV powered by Pickware, you can create exports for DATEV directly from your Shopware backend. All open transactions and received payments get entered automatically according to the configured chart of account, such that you can hand the export to your accountant. There's no need for a manual slip-based accounting for your outgoing invoices anymore.
Please note: This plugin is designed for stores that are bound to the German tax law. Deviating tax law conditions for stores which are not resident in Germany are not supported.

Gut und solide
Leider nicht vollständig, nicht preiswert
Wir benutzen Shopware und Pickware gemeinsam, die Eingangsrechnungen von den Lieferanten lassen sich leider nicht erfassen.
Habe auch mit dem Support gesprochen und kann nachvollziehen, dass das deutlich komplexer ist, die Eingangsrechnungen zu erfassen.
Ich habe allerdings das was das Plugin als Export erstellt mit einer SQL Abfrage und einer Excel nachgebaut zzgl. meiner Eingangsrechnungen. Die CSV Datei geht dann zum Steuerberater und er lädt sie hoch, anstelle dass das Plugin es direkt hochlädt. Ein Schritt mehr und alles drin, 495€ + Folgesupportkosten gespart.
Dokumentation und Support ist TOP, Einrichtung sollte aber trotzdem mit dem Steuerberater gemeinsam erfolgen.

Sehr zufrieden
Die Konfiguration ist dank übersichtlicher Kontierungsmatrix sehr einfach. Zudem sind Testexporte möglich. So kann der Export geprüft werden bevor die Datensätze festgeschrieben werden. Sehr praktisch wenn man zunächst die Konfiguration überprüfen möchte.
Wie bei Plugins von Pickware bzw. VIISON üblich gibt es laufend Updates in Form von Verbesserungen und Bugfixes, eine ausführliche Dokumentation und sehr guten Support.
Wir vermissen bisher noch die Möglichkeit, selbst definieren zu können welche Informationen in das Belegfeld 1, 2 und den Buchungstext geschrieben werden.
Bis auf diese kleine Einschränkung, die sicher nicht für alle Anwender bzw. Steuerbüros relevant ist, können wir das Plugin uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
