Bugfix for the last performance optimization: Clean-up task cleans the database table “cleverreach_entity_archived” once a day

• New feature: Data synchronization interval can be adjusted after the initial import. Next to the live synchronization (5 seconds), it can be configured to 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours, daily and custom interval

• Fix: Do not force the HTTP protocol in the URL for the async process endpoint

• Fix: The "Last order date" and "Total spend" data fields were not synchronized. This has been fixed.

• The HTTP version for the CleverReach API calls was set to version 1.1 instead of 2.0

• New features: 3 new options during the initial connection:
  

1. In addition to the previous automatic creation of a recipient list, an existing recipient list from the connected CleverReach account can now be selected for data import.
   
2. Individual data field selection: All available customer data fields and custom fields can be individually selected or deselected for data import. The only default data fields are email address and store name.
   
3. In addition to the individual data field selection, it is now also possible to individually define the data field assignment between Shopware and CleverReach. In the background, a preselection is automatically made, which can be adapted to your own needs if necessary. Shopware data field A can thus be linked to CleverReach data field B, for example.

• Performance optimization: The automatic creation of segments based on the tags has been deactivated. Only three default segments are created for newsletter recipients, buying customers, and other contacts in the linked recipient group. The existing tags are still transferred automatically and can then be created/filtered via the segment itself. Among other things, this also makes the initial data import or live synchronization faster.
  
• Performance optimization: Previously, a tag was created in CleverReach based on the purchase data for the product category. Here, the data import has been streamlined to ensure a faster import.
  

 Old example: Based on a purchase, the following tags were created for the product category "Men -> Shoes -> Football" from Shopware "Shopware-Category.Men, Shopware-Category.Shoes, Shopware-Category.Football".

 In this version the tags are created in CleverReach as follows: "Shopware-Category.Men, Shopware-Category.Football".

 Means: Only the main product category and the last product category will be transferred.

• Optimization: Added compatibility with PHP 8.

• Optimization: Added async request option through support console.
  
• Fix: Fixed order total value and order count attributes on the recipient.

• Optimization: CreateSegmentsTask will not be queued if already exists in the queued status - When a segment event is detected in the shop (create/update/delete), if the task for segments sync is already in queue to be executed, a new one will not be added, since one task syncs all segments.
• Optimization: Added indexes to entity table. - this is optimization regarding the searching of queue tasks, now it will find and execute tasks faster.
• Optimization: Added cleanup schedules in the separate queue. - task which is in charge of deleting the old tasks in the entity table is now in a separate queue, so it is not blocked by other tasks. This way the entity table will be clean up regularly and it will not increase.

• New feature: The plugin includes from this version an overview of abandoned carts (If the abandoned cart feature is enabled in the CleverReach plugin). In the backend, the overview can be found via "Customers -> Abandoned Carts". Here you can view all open or completed shopping carts and the status of CleverReach "Abandoned cart emails" sent via our THEA Marketing Automation. The overview includes scheduled time, sender time, amount, email address, store, recovery status, and other features. In addition, the direct and immediate sending of an abandoned cart email can be started, or the sending can be canceled. A search & filter function can also be used to filter directly by email addresses or time periods.

• New feature: Send abandoned cart emails automatically with our Marketing Automation. The new plugin tab “Abandoned Cart” is available for you. You can create your own automations per store and increase your sales with this reminder email. • New feature: You can now use the CleverReach double opt-in for all newsletter subscriptions. Via the plugin tab “Forms” the function can be activated. • New feature: The user can decide who is actively transmitted: Before the initial import of the data you can choose whether only newsletter recipients, buyers or other contacts should be transferred. You can also select all of them, please note the DSGVO guidelines. The data are created in CleverReach as active recipients in the group “Shopware”. • Optimization: Complete bidirectional interface (Shopware <-> CleverReach)
  The data is synchronized in both directions. If the address in the CleverReach data set changes, this is also transferred to Shopware. Unsubscriptions in the CleverReach system are also transferred to Shopware, as before, and set the customer in Shopware to “email status = inactive”. Example: If the recipient has added, updated, subscribed or unsubscribed in CleverReach, these changes are forwarded to Shopware. The other way round, from Shopware to CleverReach in the same way.

• New feature: The new data fields “Count of orders & total spent” are automatically created and filled with data. Example: With the data field “Count of orders” I can filter how many orders a recipient has placed in order to specifically address recipients who have placed more than 50 orders. With the field “total spent” I can write e.g. all recipients, who spent more than 1000 euro in my Shop.
•  New feature: Use product categories, product attributes & product manufacturers as tags
  Example: A customer bought a black Adidas shoe from the category “Shoes” - In CleverReach, this results in the following tags for this recipient: Shopware-Category.Shoes // Shopware-Color.Black // Shopware-Manufacturer.Adidas - These tags can be used for a more targeted segmentation.
• New feature: In addition to the existing product search, blog articles can now be easily dragged & dropped from my shopware store into my CleverReach newsletter.
• New user interface in the plugin: The plugin interface has been completely revised and is now displayed in the look & feel of the Shopware UI. Additionally, the current CleverReach tariff is displayed and synchronization information is shown.
• New feature within CleverReach, the tag-based email creation process. The so-called special tags (newsletter recipients, buyers and other contacts) can be selected easily and quickly for email delivery, e.g. to send a mailing to all buyers or newsletter recipients. • Compatibility with the third-party plugin “Backend Order” from Shopware
  Shopware offers a plugin called “Backend Order” which allows admin users to create a new order from the store backend. This way a “guest email” can be specified, which should be used by default if the email is not specified. This email is not a real customer and is therefore excluded from the recipient synchronization.
• Migration assistant from plugin version 9.x.x to 10.0.0
  Existing CleverReach users using the shopware integration will be migrated to the new version without any need to log in again. Within the migration process, all shopware customers who have activated the newsletter will automatically be transferred to CleverReach as active recipients. Other recipient groups (purchase customers or contacts) are neither synchronized nor deleted in CleverReach. The user can activate the synchronization of contacts or purchasing customers under the tab “Plugin Settings” at any time after the migration.
• Use of NPS surveys within the plugin to obtain more targeted customer feedback from shopware users

• If the connection between Shopware and CleverReach is lost, a notification is displayed, which indicates that the connection must be re-established.

• Optimization: The message “Account ID is null” was fixed. When the connection between shopware and CleverReach is lost. The account ID is cached so that the login works correctly again.
• New feature: The values from the table “Account Type” in Shopware are saved in CleverReach as tags to the recipients. Either with “Guest” as Accountless or as “Registered” as registered customer.

• New function: A new data field with the name "Last order date" is automatically created in CleverReach. The last order date of a customer is automatically stored in the data field if a new order has been made placed. For example, you can create a segment in CleverReach and trigger an automation chain for all those who have not bought anything for 90 days.
• New feature: If the import of customer data takes longer than 30 seconds, a message is displayed that the import will continue in the background. In the meantime, you can already create your mailing.
• Optimization: A verification was added to check whether the connection from Shopware to CleverReach still exists. As soon as the plugin is loaded, the plugin checks in the background whether the connection is still established. If the connection was lost, a message appears to reconnect to your CleverReach account.
• Optimization: When the connection with CleverReach is lost, all changes in the system will be tracked in the background. As soon as CleverReach user reconnects again, all changes will be synchronized to CleverReach.
• Optimization: Enhancement of two-way synchronization. Existing data in data fields remain unchanged and are not overwritten with empty data records.
