Top Service Fragen werden schnell und freundlich beantwortet bzw. Lösungen angeboten. Template nutzen wir mittlerweile für mehrere Subshops. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle shoptemplates gerne weiter.

Funktioniert nicht mit Shopware 5.3.4

Das Template funktioniert leider nicht nach dem Update von 5.2.7 auf 5.3.4. Es wird zwar angegeben das es Kompatibel ist, ist es aber nicht - selbst wenn keine Plugins installiert sind. Der Support hatte sich schnell gemeldet, aber er hat keinen Fehler gefunden. Template gekauft aber keine Funktion. Danach beantwortete der Support keine Mails & Tickets mehr und auch keine telefonische Unterstützung.

Unglaublich aber wahr.

Wir sind echt zufrieden mit dem Design, haben jedoch immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem Template.

Es ist nicht möglich bei Shop-Templates anzurufen. Die Nummer bei Google stimmt nicht und auf deren Webseite ist keine Telefonnummer zu finden.

Auf Tickets wird Wochenlang nicht reagiert:

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und werde das Template kurzfristig rausschmeißen.

Hallo,

für den Preis erwartet man dann doch einen angemessenen Support. Unser Warenkorb lässt sich nun seit über 3 Wochen nicht bedienen und der Support vertröstet mich jedes mal auf "ich denke heute oder morgen". Irgendwann ist Schluss.

Das Template selbst ist empfehlenswert, allerdings nur für Leute die dann auch selber damit rumbasteln wollen, da der Support gleich = 0! ist.

Das Designs ist ein echter Hingucker und vermittelt einen professionellen Eindruck.
Habe noch ein weiteres Template alle können frei über Less bearbeitet werden und sehen auch auf mobilen Endgeräten gut aus.

Support lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
