The extension had a serious negative impact on the response times when tracking events were triggered.
It does not work with composable-frontends or headless setup.
The entire codebase breaks due to an endless loop when booting the kernel, if the shop runs in debug mode on a development environment.
And the code is unnecessarily complicated with a nonsensical scheduling system.

We ended up custom building our own plugin instead, using the KlaviyoSDK, and the package size is 90% smaller.

Funktioniert nicht

Die Extension funktioniert nicht. Events wie Add to basket, initiate checkout, checkout complete werden nur mit 4+ Tagen Verzögerung zu Klaviyo gesynced. Die in der vorherigen Bewertung gleiches Problem. Der Overdose Digital Support antwortet nicht. Klaviyo verweist nur auf Overdose und hilft auch nicht. Leider nicht brauchbar. Schade.

Für uns bis jetzt nicht benutzbar und leider reagiert der Support extrem langsam

Leider funktioniert bei uns die Übertragung der Kontakte und auch der Historie der Käufe nicht richtig. Der Klaviyo Support schreibt uns, dass der Support dieser Extension über Overdose digital läuft, die jedoch auf unsere Supportnachrichten nur sehr sehr schleppend antworten.
Deswegen kann ich die Funktionalität der Extension noch nicht bewerten und diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf den miserablen Support.
In der heutigen Zeit erwartet man eigentlich Response-Zeiten von 24 Stunden, im Höchstfall 48 Stunden. Wir hatten jetzt eine Response-Time von über 5 Tagen und nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen eine Antwort vom Support Team erhalten, dass sie Login Daten brauchen. Die wir ihnen schon vor über eine Woche gegeben hatten! Support wird offensichtlich hier sehr vernachlässigt. Schade.

Plugin API Key Prüfung Fehler

Hallo,

bei der API-Key Prüfung kommt folgende Warnung:
Warnung: Die angegebene Liste befindet sich nicht im Klaviyo-Konto

Die Keys sind mehrmals geprüft und, auch die Klaviyo Liste für Newsletter Anmeldungen.

Ich habe mich beim Klaviyo Support gemeldet und dort wurde mir gesagt das die keine "native integration für Shopware" haben und fühlen sich nicht verantwortlich für dieses Plugin ,obwohl im Plugin steht Hersteller und Support durch Klaviyo.

Bitte für Aufklärung, wer ist für dieses Plugin zuständig?

How to install Klaviyo for Shopware 6 extension?

After registration at klaviyo.com the plugin must be connected with the Klaviyo API. This is done in the area: Settings → Extensions → Klaviyo where both the private and public API key from Klaviyo (Account → Settings → API Keys) must be stored.

How is the automated product export from Shopware 6 to Klaviyo set up?

After the extension has been installed and connected to Klaviyo, the product import from Shopware 6 to Klaviyo must be set. This is done in a similar way as for example for Google Shopping via a Shopware 6 "Product comparison". To do this, please follow the steps below:

  • In Shopware 6, you must first create a "Dynamic Product Group" that contains all the products active in the store. This is implemented in Shopware 6 under "Catalog" -> "Dynamic Product Groups" → "Add Dynamic Product Group".
  • Now a new sales channel must be created. A "Product comparison" is taken as the type here. Once the sales channel has been added as a "product comparison", it still needs to be set up basically. Our plugin adds a "template" especially for Klaviyo. This needs to be selected please. After this "product comparison" has been set and saved, Shopware 6 provides a URL with the products as XML.
  • This URL is now required in Klaviyo. For this you have to go to "Catalog" → "Manage custom catalog sources" → "Add new source". As soon as this has worked, you will see the products from the Shopware 6 store on this page in Klaviyo, which will then be updated automatically by Klaviyo from now on.
