About the Extension
PAQATO is a post-purchase platform for online retailers, developed by PAQATO GmbH, founded in 2015 in Münster, Germany. Since 2024, PAQATO has been part of the easybill group.
The extension automatically transfers orders and tracking numbers from Shopware 6 to PAQATO. From then on, PAQATO keeps your customers informed from order to delivery and returns, in your design and through your channels instead of the carrier's.
Modules
- SPEAQ (shipping notifications): automated email, SMS or WhatsApp updates, triggered by more than 60 shipping events, including alerts when a delivery is delayed.
- TRAQ (branded tracking page): order tracking directly in your Shopware shop instead of on the carrier's site, with product placements and vouchers.
- RETURN (returns portal): customers register returns themselves; you set rules for return windows, reasons, cart values and countries.
- QONTROL (carrier analytics): compare transit times and delivery quality of DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, UPS and other carriers.
Add-ons
- primeguard: monitors shipping times for on-time delivery on Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime so you keep the Prime badge.
- AI Service Agent for Zendesk: answers shipping questions in Zendesk automatically with live tracking data.
Requirements and pricing
The extension is free; using it requires a PAQATO account. Shipping communication & tracking page come in three plans: Starter from €249 and Professional from €599 per month, Premium on request. Every plan includes unlimited shops and carriers. Carrier analytics (QONTROL) and the returns portal (RETURN) are available as add-ons and included in Premium. Setup usually takes a few days and is supported by the PAQATO onboarding team.
Data protection
PAQATO is an external service. The extension transfers order, shipment and contact data of your customers to PAQATO. Processing is based on a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, with hosting exclusively in Germany.
