About the Extension

With the official DHL Adapter for Shopware you create DHL shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware backend with just two clicks. The DHL Adapter connects your online shop directly with your account in the DHL Business Customer Portal, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the backend as a PDF and printed directly. Incorrect shipping labels can be easily canceled from the Shopware backend.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware backend, and the tracking link can be automatically integrated into the shipping notification.

Please note: This plugin is only designed for the use in Germany and shipping from other countries is only possible with DHL Express products. If you want to automatically create shipping labels with Shopware WMS powered by Pickware, you also need the separately available extension DHL Adapter for Shopware WMS powered by Pickware.

Dieses Plugin ist absolut sein Geld wert. Ich arbeite jetzt mehrere Wochen mit dem DHL Adapter und bin einfach nur begeistert. Einfacher geht es nicht. Keine CSV Dateien mehr hin und her kopieren und uploaden usw.
Einfach auf den Button neben der Bestellung klicken und alles geht von alleine Trackingnummer fügt sich in die Order ein und auch in die Bestätigungsmail mit Link wenn man möchte.
Und der Support von Viison ist auch klasse. Da ich zu den Leuten gehören die erst Ausprobieren und dann Lesen und sogar das wichtigste Überlesen habe ich den Support bemüht obwohl es gar nicht nötig war. Dennoch überaus freundlich kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben lange überlegt für welches Plugin wir uns entscheiden da es doch ähnliche Angebote im Store gibt. Jetzt können wir sagen es war wohl die beste Entscheidung.

Die Installation des Plugin geht reibungslos, durch die sehr gute PDF Dokumentation ist auch das einrichten des Plugin in kurzer Zeit erledigt. Der Support von VIISON per Telefon und Email ist super freundlich, und hilft sofort.

Wir können jedem Shopbetreiber der diesbezüglich ein Plugin sucht VIISON zu 100% empfehlen!

Sehr hilfreiches Tool, daß eine Menge Zeit spart und auch für den Endkunden (Sendungsnummer im Kundenaccount mit "Sendungsverfolgungs"-Button) indirekt hilfreich ist. Einziger Nachteil: die Bedienmaske für die Aufkleber ist Hochformat, die meisten Bildschirme haben inzwischen 16:9 Formate, dadurch muss man die Bilschirmauflösung relativ "klein stellen".

Wir haben den DHL Adapter im täglichen Einsatz und sind sehr zufrieden!

Es zeigt sich dass sich viel Gedanken über praxisnahe Prozesse gemacht wird/wurde. Auch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Packstation-Plugin und dem DHL Adapter funktioniert super.

Wir sind ein großer Fan der VIISON GmbH geworden, reibungsloser Support und praxisnahe Plugins die funktionieren. So sollte Software Entwicklung überall sein!

Hallo, ich habe die DHL Lizenz für den Adapter installiert. Bekomme aber immer wieder die Meldung, dass ich evtl. eine Fälschung installiert habe und soll gültige Version erwerben. Wenn ich die Lizenz aktualisieren will erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung: "Error
Der übergebene Referenz Shop konnte vom SBP-Server nicht ermittelt werden."
