About the Extension

With the official DHL Adapter for Shopware you create DHL shipping labels conveniently in your Shopware backend with just two clicks. The DHL Adapter connects your online shop directly with your account in the DHL Business Customer Portal, which means that apart from the shipping costs, no other fees are incurred.

For each order, the desired shipping and return labels can be created, immediately retrieved in the backend as a PDF and printed directly. Incorrect shipping labels can be easily canceled from the Shopware backend.
Through the seamless integration of the plugin, the assigned tracking codes for shipment tracking are directly transferred to the Shopware backend, and the tracking link can be automatically integrated into the shipping notification.

Please note: This plugin is only designed for the use in Germany and shipping from other countries is only possible with DHL Express products. If you want to automatically create shipping labels with Shopware WMS powered by Pickware, you also need the separately available extension DHL Adapter for Shopware WMS powered by Pickware.

Requirements for using this plugin

  • Access to the DHL Business Customer Portal, activation of shipping processing and billing numbers for the desired DHL products (Paket / Paket International / Euro Paket / Paket Taggleich). You can easily sign up for a contract starting at 200 national and/or international parcels per year here.
  • (optional) Access to DHL Express Global Webservices (GloWS)
  • (optional) Access to the DHL return shipment portal booking mask on your website (web service variant 3)

Hervorragende Unterstützung für den Versand mit DHL!!

Durch die Abschaltung von IntraShip benötigten wir eine neue Lösung für den Transfer der Versanddaten von Shopware zu DHL.

Nachdem wir den DHL Adapter installiert haben, gab es kleine Probleme bei der Eingabe der nötigen Daten. Die Anfrage nach Hilfe durch den Pluginhersteller wurde innerhalb einer Stunde beantwortet und die erforderlichen Daten wurden eingerichtet. Auch die zweite Anfrage aufgrund eines Problems für den internationalen Versand wurde sogar innerhalb weniger Minuten bearbeitet und erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Die Bedienung selbst ist sehr einfach und selbsterklärend!! Mussten wir über intraShip eine Stapelverarbeitung durchlaufen, kann man mit dem DHL Adapter sofort beim Aufruf der Maske alle Daten ggfs editieren. Es muss lediglich das Produkt (DHL Paket, DHL Paket international, DHL Paket mit Versicherung etc) sowie das Gewicht eingegeben werden (aber auch das kann man automatisieren) und das DHL Ticket ist in kürzester Zeit erstellt.

Dieses Plugin selbst sowie der Support verdient alle Sterne, die möglich sind!

Lässt sich gut mit arbeiten, ich vermisse noch mein Firmenlogo auf dem Paketaufkleber wie im Geschäftskundenbereich möglich.

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Leider wird das Anbringen des Firmenlogos auf dem Versandetikett durch den DHL Webservice nicht unterstützt. Diese Funktion steht leider ausschließlich über das Geschäftskundenportal zur Verfügung.

Sobald DHL die Funktion auch im Webservice anbietet, evaluieren wir gerne inwiefern wir sie auch in unserem Plugin anbieten können.

Sehr hilfreiches Tool, daß eine Menge Zeit spart und auch für den Endkunden (Sendungsnummer im Kundenaccount mit "Sendungsverfolgungs"-Button) indirekt hilfreich ist. Einziger Nachteil: die Bedienmaske für die Aufkleber ist Hochformat, die meisten Bildschirme haben inzwischen 16:9 Formate, dadurch muss man die Bilschirmauflösung relativ "klein stellen".

Das PlugIN ist recht einfach einzurichten und zu bedienen. Nachdem wir ein technisches Problem mit dem PlugIN und deswegen den Support angeschrieben hatten, bekamen wir innerhalb von drei Minuten eine Antwort. Alles wurde behoben und aktualisiert. Zudem war der Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich.

Das Plugin spart viel Arbeit und Zeit!
Es ist leicht zu konfigurieren und zu bedienen! TOP!
Ein absolutes MUSS für alle, die mit DHL versenden!
Der Support hat mich sogar innerhalb von Minuten über meine eigene Dummheit aufgeklärt, da ich eine Konfigurationseinstellung nicht gefunden habe! Und das ohne Premium Abo!

Für DHL Partner, ein absolutes MUSS. Einfache Installation und nach Eingabe der Daten funktioniert das Plugin auch schon.

Das Plugin ist super umfangreich, jedoch super einfach zu bedienen und vieles erklärt sich von selbst. ... und das für 0€! Auch der Support ist schnell und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wirklich Hammer - da können sich viele was von abschauen die einfach nur die €€€ in den Augen haben.
