About the Extension
Pickware is an ERP system developed especially for Shopware and is directly integrated into the Shopware backend. Therefore, there is no need for a separate system with disassociated data storage, its own user interface, and error-prone synchronization processes.
It doesn't matter if you sell in your online shop, on marketplaces or in retail stores - with Shopware and Pickware, all data is stored in one system.
With the iPad cash register Shopware POS powered by Pickware you sell products from your Shopware shop directly in your local store, pop-up store or at trade shows. The direct connection to Shopware allows you to record all sales and outgoing goods centrally in one system, and all data and functions maintained in Shopware are available at your POS. Shopware POS meets all legal requirements of the German GoBD and KassenSichV as well as the Austrian RKSV. After installing this plugin you can connect the iPad app with your shop.

Kasse mit vielen Fehlern und Potential
Wir vermissen an der Kasse ein paar grundlegende Funktionen (wie z.B. das Bearbeiten von Artikeln, z.B. bei Tippfehlern oder fehlenden Barcodes).
Besonders schlimm fanden wir zahlreiche Bugs der letzten Zeit: Anzeige von falschen Preisen (13,99 oder 14,01 statt den hinterlegten 14,-), doppelte Rückbuchungen von Beträgen und Artikeln bei Rücknahme von Artikeln, Barentnahmen wurden als Einnahmen verbucht u.ä., das alles führt zu zeitintensiver Mehrarbeit, auf Kulanz hofft man vergeblich - von einer Kasse erwartet man hier Fehlerfreiheit, denn wer weiß bei solchen Fehlern, ob es im Hintergrund alles richtig läuft und was man ggf. erst bei der Inventur oder im Jahresabschluss bemerkt.
Die Oberfläche ist für die Bedienung per Finger auf dem iPad teilweise zu kleinteilig und fordert viel Tipparbeit und manchmal auch nachträgliche Korrekturen im Backend. Der Tagesabschluss (aka Z-Bon) kann nicht an der Kasse ausgedruckt werden. etc.
Einige Dinge sind nur über das Backend von Shopware und/oder über die kostenpflichten Plugins/Apps "Pickware Mobile" (für 129,-/Monat) möglich, was das Gesamtpaket für einen kleinen Laden sehr teuer macht.
Der Support ist immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll - bei den relevanten Bugs dann aber auch hilflos, Rückrufe werden versprochen, man wartet aber leider teilweise vergeblich.
Zusammengefasst hat "Pickware POS" aber durchaus Potential und wir hoffen, dass hier noch ein paar Features nachgerüstet, die Bedienung verbessert wird und zukünftig mehr auf Qualität geachtet wird, bevor man die neueste Version auf die Nutzer loslässt.

Sehr gutes System und perfekter Support durch Pickware
Wir hatten nach Umstellung des Shops auf PHP7 ein Kommunkationsproblem der Kasse mit dem Shop.
Innerhalb von 2 Minuten(!) kam eine Reaktion.
Innerhalb von 30 min ein Fix per Community Store Update.
Einfach perfekt.

Rundum zu empfehlen
Das Zusammenspiel mit ipad, Scanner und Bondrucker verläuft nahezu reibungslos. Die stylischste Kassenlösung, die man sich derzeit vorstellen kann :-)
Der Support ist extrem schnell und neue Features werden regelmäßig in die Roadmap mit aufgenommen.
Die ausführliche Dokumentation erleichtert die erstmalige Integration zusätzlich

Damit liegt man richtig
Wir erstellen Barcodelabel mit Pickware, wir scannen die Ware komfortabel ab und bekommen anschließend unsere Rechnung für den Kunden. Einfacher kann es nicht sein!!!!
Der Support ist echt ein Traum. Man wartet nicht lange auf eine Antwort und wenn es Probleme gibt, werden diese binnen 24 Stunden gelöst. Oft auch schneller!
