The Automatic Payment Reminder plugin ensures that your customers receive timely reminders for unpaid orders — fully automated and seamlessly integrated into the Shopware 6 workflow.


The plugin provides three reminder levels, each triggered by its own Flow Builder event. A ready-to-use mail template is created automatically during installation. Additionally, the plugin adds custom fields to orders to store the exact dates of each reminder.

This solution helps increase payment completion rates, reduces manual work, and ensures professional customer communication.
