Kein echter Chatbot – nur online bei Login!

Leider handelt es sich nicht um einen vollautomatischen KI-Chatbot, sondern eher um einen einfachen Live-Chat mit KI-Unterstützung. Der Chatbot ist nur verfügbar/online, wenn jemand im Kundencenter angemeldet ist – eine echte Automatisierung sieht anders aus. Ein Chatbot sollte unabhängig und rund um die Uhr erreichbar sein.

Im Offline-Modus ist der Bot zwar ansprechbar, zwingt den Nutzer jedoch dazu, eine E-Mail-Adresse und seinen Namen einzugeben. Die Antworten des Supports bestehen größtenteils aus Standard-Texten und verweisen lediglich auf das FAQ, was wenig hilfreich ist.

Insgesamt keine zufriedenstellende Lösung für einen professionellen Onlineshop. Schade!
