Google Pay not working

Google Pay is not working and Stripe knows about it and decides to do nothing, ridiculous.
Here is the stripe Support statement:
Current situation
• Google Pay does not work on mobile in your shop when using the Stripe Payments for Shopware 6 plugin.
• This behavior is reproducible in your environment and occurs after selecting Google Pay, when the checkout page reloads.
• This is a known limitation that affects some Shopware installations when Google Pay is exposed as a separate payment method via the plugin.
Important distinction
• Google Pay works correctly when using the Stripe Payments for Shopware 6 App.
• In the App-based integration, Google Pay is handled within Stripe’s hosted payment form and is detected correctly on Android devices.
• For this reason, the Stripe App currently serves as a functional workaround for Google Pay on mobile.
Why this difference exists
The plugin and the app use different integration approaches:
• The plugin relies on Shopware’s checkout flow and requires Google Pay availability to be re-detected after a page reload.
• The app uses Stripe-managed frontend logic, where wallet detection (Google Pay / Apple Pay) remains intact on mobile.
Because Google Pay availability is determined by Stripe and the browser environment, the plugin cannot safely override or force this behavior without introducing non-standard or unsupported changes.
What this means
• The plugin remains fully supported and works correctly in many shops, but Google Pay on mobile cannot currently be guaranteed in all Shopware environments.
• The Stripe App is the only setup where Google Pay is reliably available on Android at this time.
We understand that this limitation is frustrating, especially when Google Pay is important for mobile users.

Hab die App und das Plugin ausprobiert. Die App funktionierte gar nicht, das Plugin schon. Zerschoß in meinem Theme allerdings das Suchfeld oben, aber gut, das war einfach zu fixen.
