Professional Event Tracking for Shopware – simple, precise, and privacy-compliant


With this plugin, you seamlessly integrate the Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking into your Shopware shop – without programming effort. Capture important e-commerce metrics like cart values, product views, and purchases, and use this data efficiently to build and manage effective and dynamic marketing campaigns.


The configuration is deliberately kept straightforward: just enter your Google Tag Manager or Analytics ID in the app configuration and start tracking right away. We provide a ready-made template for the Google Tag Manager (GTM) that includes all supported events and can be directly imported into your GTM container.


Additionally, the plugin allows you to configure whether gross or net prices – with or without shipping costs – should be transmitted to Google Analytics or Google Ads.


The following events are supported:

  • view_item_list: Captures the display of product lists, categories, or product sliders.
  • view_item: Registers the viewing of product detail pages.
  • add_to_cart: Documents adding items to the cart (including price and quantity).
  • remove_from_cart: Captures removing items from the cart.
  • view_cart: Registers viewing the cart page.
  • begin_checkout: Marks the beginning of the checkout process.
  • add_shipping_info: Captures the selection of shipping options in checkout.
  • add_payment_info: Registers the selection of payment methods during checkout.
  • purchase: Transmits all relevant data upon successful purchase completion (revenue, items, taxes).
  • view_search_results: Documents search operations within the shop including the search terms used.
  • select_item: Captures the targeted selection (clicking) of a product from a list.
  • page_view: Captures general page views and transmits the URL and page title in compliance with GA4 standards.

Tracking and data protection are not mutually exclusive: The app supports numerous consent managers, including:

This allows visitors to explicitly agree on whether Google cookies may be set. Additionally, the app provides a practical opt-out link (see installation guide), allowing users to deactivate website tracking themselves.

Leider funktioniert bei dem Plugin Conversion Tracking (Google Ads) nicht. Test Event feuert nicht und Live Event feuert auch nicht. Alle Optionen probiert. Schade

Schade für diese Bewertung. Wir haben wirklich einen super Support und wir hätten das bestimmt gelöst, aber Sie hatten sich ja nicht einmal bei uns gemeldet und trotzdem 1 Stern für den Support gegeben, vielen Dank dafür ;) Ich vermute das ist ein Problem im Zusammenspiel mit Ihrem Theme, das kann vorkommen, aber dafür sind wir ja auch als Support da.
