Amazon order import
Open up new marketplaces and increase your reach and sales. Amazon, one of the largest online marketplaces at the moment, offers you the perfect platform for this. Reach millions of loyal Amazon customers and increase the visibility of your products. Sell your products on all five European Amazon marketplaces. Use the awareness and reach for yourself and not only present your articles, but also strengthen your brand at the same time.
With our "Amazon Order Import" and our "External Order Management", you do not have to worry about importing the order data. It runs automatically and accepts all customer data quickly and reliably. As required, individual orders can be imported into the system by hand. After each successful import, the order is assigned a new order number, the Amazon order number is retained and can be issued on the invoice if necessary. The inventory in the shop is also adapted and updated accordingly. An over-sale of items is therefore not possible.

- Import of orders from Amazon marketplaces: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland
- Shipping methods and shipping service providers can be deposited country-specific
Important: In order to balance the stock in the shop, the article numbers from the shop must also be deposited on Amazon (in Amazon as storage number). If the item numbers are not identical, the orders are imported, but no inventory is matched.
Important: Customers can only use the plugin with authorization. Please note that 100 orders per day are included free of charge. If you have a higher order volume, you would have to pay a monthly fee. You can find out which tariffs are currently available here.
Orders with personalized products
As of plugin version 3.0.5, orders with personalized products can be conveniently imported. No matter what attitude the customer has made, the plugin imports the order with all the settings. In the tab "Documents" is already a file with the name: Amazon Custom Article. In this you will find all the information needed to process the order.
Always up to date
As soon as the order is sent, our extension not only delivers the status to Amazon, but also transfers the tracking code for shipment tracking. You see, you can offer the Amazon customers just as much service as your shop customers and without the extra cost! This saves you and your employees a lot of time and money.
Keep an eye on everything
Monitor your sales using the shopware statistics or the plugin "External Order Management". For this, you only need a separately created customer group "Amazon" and you can already evaluate your sales according to customer groups.
Fulfilled by Amazon
If orders are sent directly from Amazon, a different status can be set in the respective order. A note is placed in the field "internal comment" and the stock is NOT reconciled. Thus the orders can be easily separated.
