The Meta Robots plugin enables you to create individual meta robots tags for your online shop which are then being read out by search engine crawlers when they access the page. The the meta tags values with the robots attribute decide whether certain pages can be included in the index and the links can be followed. Thus, the module makes an important contribution to the search engine optimization of your online shop.
The plugin offers you the following features:
- Choice between the "index; follow" and "noindex; nofollow" commands
- Determine the time period for the return visits of the search engine crawlers (in days)
- Add your very own custom meta tags
