About the Extension

With the Withdrawal button plugin for Shopware, you meet all legal requirements for a clear and technically secure option for consumers to withdraw. You provide your customers with a permanent button for withdrawal in the header, which leads to the order overview. Guest buyers are informed about your login in the order confirmation.
In the order overview, the plugin integrates a clearly marked "withdraw contract" button directly in the order overview in the customer account ("My Account > Orders"). The button is only visible if the statutory withdrawal period (e.g., 14 days from delivery) has not yet expired.
Clicking the button technically marks the order as "withdrawn." Before the final action is executed, the customer is asked in a confirmation dialog whether they really want to proceed with the withdrawal. After successful confirmation, the customer automatically receives a withdrawal confirmation by email.
