About the Extension

Withdrawal Button Pro helps you implement a withdrawal button in Shopware 6 with an end-to-end process. Customers can submit their withdrawal digitally via a clear two-step flow. The request is stored, you get notified, and customers receive an automatic acknowledgement (email). All requests are centrally available in the admin area, can be filtered, and can be documented via export.

The highlight is the built-in rules engine: you can define when and where the button is shown and how the process behaves e.g., based on customer group (B2C/B2B), sales channel, country/region, product type, or order status. Optionally, notifications can be forwarded via Flow Builder.
