About the Extension

The Multi Cart Manager transforms the standard Shopware cart into a powerful multi‑cart system. Your customers can create separate carts for different purposes – for example, “Office Supplies”, “Personal Wishlist”, or “Client Project” – and manage them independently.

Each cart stores its own items, totals, shipping & billing addresses, payment method, shipping method, and even a global promotion code. Customers can switch between carts instantly via the header dropdown or the slide‑out cart drawer.

When it’s time to pay, they have two options:

Individual Checkout – Complete the purchase for one specific cart, with all its preferences pre‑filled.
Combined Checkout – Select multiple carts and pay for them together in a single transaction. The combined checkout resolves address and method conflicts, ensuring a smooth experience.

All completed carts appear in the “My Orders” section, clearly tagged with their original cart name. This gives customers full transparency and a sense of organization.

For B2B merchants, this plugin is a game‑changer: departments can maintain separate budgets, sales teams can prepare quotes, and recurring orders become effortless. For B2C, it turns wishlists into actionable carts and helps plan group purchases.
