About the Extension

The Q&A Plugin allows customers to ask questions about products directly from the product page, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Only registered users can submit questions and upvote responses, while unregistered users can view existing Q&A. Admins can manage, approve, and respond to questions from the backend, deciding whether answers should be public or private.

Customers receive email notifications when their questions are answered, and admins are notified of new inquiries. The Q&A section includes pagination, search functionality, and sorting by the most recent queries. Admins can edit or delete questions, mark them as public or private, and control their visibility on the product page. This feature-rich plugin enhances transparency and customer satisfaction while reducing repetitive inquiries.
