About the Extension

Simple and clear order withdrawal requests

This plugin adds an easy withdrawal request process to Shopware 6. Customers can submit requests through a storefront form, and you can manage them in one organized place.

Customers enter their order and contact details and can optionally upload attachments. Logged-in customers benefit from automatically prefilled fields.

Clear communication for customers

After submitting a request, customers receive a secure tracking link by email. This allows them to check the current status without contacting you.

The tracking page shows the request status and all messages with timestamps, so customers always see the latest updates.

Easy management in administration

You can manage all withdrawal requests in a dedicated section under Orders. Requests can be searched, filtered by status, and updated directly from the detail view.

You can change the status, add internal comments, and send messages to customers by email. A history log records important events such as status changes and comments.

Flexible configuration

You can define how many days after an order a withdrawal request is allowed and configure the withdrawal-policy link shown in the storefront.
