Configuration manual

Step 1: Create a Zapier Webhook

Log in to your Zapier account.
Click on "Create Zap".
Select "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger.
Choose "Catch Hook" as the trigger event.
Click on "Continue".
Copy the generated webhook URL. This will be needed in Shopware 6 later.

Step 2: Add the Webhook in Shopware 6 Flow Builder

Log in to the admin area of Shopware 6.
Navigate to "Settings" and then to "Flow Builder".
Create a new flow or edit an existing flow.
Add a new action at the desired point in the flow.
Select "Create Zapier Webhook" as the action.
Paste the previously copied webhook URL from Zapier.
Save the changes.

Step 3: Trigger the Flow in Shopware 6

Ensure that the flow is correctly configured and activated.
Perform the action in Shopware that triggers the flow (e.g., create an order, register a customer, etc.).
Verify that the flow has been triggered.

Step 4: Test and Integrate Data in Zapier

Go back to Zapier and click on "Test trigger".
Zapier will receive and display the data from the webhook.
Check the data to ensure all required information has been correctly transmitted.
Click on "Continue" to complete the test.
Add further actions in your Zap to process the received data or integrate it into other apps.
