About the Extension
Offer your customers premium products to increase the basket value and increase customer loyalty. With our app you can easily select products that the customer can get for free. With the free products, you can give your customers a treat and benefit from increased customer loyalty at the same time!
In the app configuration, you can define whether your customers can select the rewards directly in the Offcanvas shopping cart and/or on an individually designed rewards page. You can also define the maximum number of rewards per order.
The rewards can either be selected by the customer or optionally the rewards can be automatically added to the shopping basket. You can specify which option applies in the rewards configuration.
Do you want to exclude certain categories from the premium price calculation or only include certain categories? Then you can implement this through a rule (ATTENTION: The rule only considers cart item related conditions).
From version 5.0.2 (SW6.5.x.x) and version 6.0.1 (SW6.6.x.x), the productNumber payload value can now be optionally adjusted in the configuration. This value can be read by the merchandise management system and used to link the product to this article number. This allows statistics to be generated, for example, to calculate how high the discount was that was given for rewards.
Your settings for each premium:
- Active: Yes / No
- Name: Name of the premium
- Product: Which product can the customer get as a free premium product?
- Min cart amount per unit (in default currency): How much the customer has to spent in your shop to get the premium product once.
- Sales Channels: In which sales channels the premium is active?
- Rule: Which rule (Rule Builder) needs to fit for the user to see this premium?
- Maximum amount of this premium a user can select for a single order
- Is the maximum amount of this premium for each customer limited?: activate / deactivate
- Maximum amount of this premium a customer can select in total over multiple orders
Auto add to cart? If this option is activated, the reward is automatically added to the shopping cart in quantity 1. - Priority for auto add to cart: Set the priority of the reward to be added to the cart if multiple rewards can be added. The higher the number, the higher the priority.
App options
- Show link to premiums in offcanvas cart: yes / no
- Show premiums in offcanvas cart: yes / no
- Premium price calculation: Total price (incl. shipping costs) / Total product price (excl. shipping costs)
- Maximum premiums selectable per order (0 for unlimited): Set the total number of rewards a customer may choose per order here.
- Rule for premium price calculation: Enter a rule here with which you want to influence the premium-price calculation. ATTENTION: The rule only considers cart item related conditions.
- Alternative premiums page URL: Here you can enter the URL to your customised reward category. This will then be used instead of the standard page.
- Premium name mode: Specify which name should be displayed for the premium in the shop. You have the choice between the name of the premium or the product name.
Examples for the rule builder:
- Limit customer group: Only selected customer groups will be shown the premium.
- Geographically limit: Only customers from a certain billing country are shown the premiums, for example only customers from Germany.
- Limit day of the week: The premium should only be displayed on a certain weekday, for example to push a weekday with low sales.
- Narrow down the category: The premium is only displayed for products in a certain category, for example to specifically promote T-shirts.
- Limit period: The premium should only be displayed for a certain period of time.
Further information
General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.
Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Our support team is happy to help! Please submit your support request via your Shopware account.
Please check the following in advance:
- Latest version of the extension installed
- Valid rental licence
- Error also occurs in the standard theme
- Third-party extensions are deactivated
- No custom code modifications to the extension
For the analysis, we require:
- Unrestricted admin access
- Additional SSH or database access, if necessary
Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.
Trial version
When you rent for the first time, you can test our extension free of charge for 30 days. Use the trial period to check out all the features at your leisure. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.

Top Prämien-Plugin mit Rule Builder Anbindung
Prämienartikel PRO war für unsere Anforderungen das beste Prämien-Plugin. Besonders gut finde ich, dass es eine Seite zur Prämien-Auswahl gibt, auf der der angerechnete Warenkorb-Wert ausgegeben wird, also der Wert ohne unsere ausgeschlossenen Marken. Das erhöht die Usability für den Kunden enorm im Vergleich zu unserer Shopware 5 Lösung. Die Prämien-Seite konnte ich über die Erlebniswelten individuell anpassen.
Ist der benötigte Wert noch nicht erreicht wird angezeigt, wieviel € noch benötigt werden um die Prämie "freizuschalten". Da dies in den anderen Bewertungen als Verbesserungsvorschlag angeführt wurde ein kleiner Tipp: Dazu muss man die Rule in den Plugin-Einstellungen einstellen, aber NICHT bei der Prämie selbst.
Der Support ist auch top. Wir hatten noch ein kleines Problem bei der Übertragung zum ERP, da wurde mir schnell geholfen.
Empfehlung
Ich als Käufer vermisse auf der Prämien-Auswahlseite einen Butten, mit dem ich zurück zum Warenkorb komme. Der wäre noch toll!
da ist noch Luft nach oben
1.) auf der Prämienseite sollten alle Prämien angezeigt werden, auch die wo der Warenkorbwert noch nicht erreicht ist, jedoch sollten die deaktiviert angezeigt werden und zB. ab 50€ und es fehlen noch 4,75€
2.) es werden deaktivierte Produkte auf der Prämienseite angezeigt, angezeigt, jedoch können die "nicht gefunden werden" hier sollten diese erst gar nicht angezeigt werden können
3.) Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn man Artikel wie zB. Süssigkeiten als Prämienartikel anlegen kann, diese jedoch nicht im Shop gekauft werden können. Hier wäre es gut wenn der Artikel im Shop deaktiviert ist, aber wo man direkt beim Prämienartikel ein Flag setzen kann, mit zB. Sonderartikel oder so und er dann angezeigt wird und auch ausgewählt werden kann.
4.) Mann muss jede einzelne Variante als Prämie anlegen, statt das man die Variante mit auswählen kann // bitte so machen wie ihr es in Shopware 5 gelöst hattet
Sonst würde ich das PlugIn weiter empfehlen.
