About the Extension

Quick Order turns Shopware 6 into a powerful ordering platform for fast reorders, structured purchasing workflows and clean ERP-related order data.

Customers can enter products by SKU with autocomplete, upload orders via CSV or XLSX, and transfer all positions directly into the cart. At the same time, ERP fields can be used as custom fields on both order header and line item level, so critical reference data is captured exactly where the process requires it.

Inside the administration, merchants manage ERP fields with a usability-focused setup, control visibility and required logic, configure flexible mapping for import columns and assign fields specifically to order-level or line-item-level data. With Rule Builder integration, ERP fields, quick order access and personal order lists can be restricted precisely by target group, customer segment or business logic.

The plugin also includes personal order lists for recurring purchases. This feature can be enabled in the plugin configuration and controlled through Rule Builder as well. The result is a professional B2B flow with fewer input errors, shorter ordering times and significantly more convenience for buyers and internal sales teams.
