It's as simple as that. zalando is a growing marketplace with great potential across Europe. Our zalando connnector is multi-market capable, so it works for all markets connected to zalando. However, we currently do not support ZFS orders (but its coming soon end of 2023).

Der Zalando ZDirect Connector für Shopware 6 läuft bei uns zuverlässig im täglichen Einsatz. Wir versenden selbst und sind direkt an Zalando angebunden ohen zusätzliche Mittler oder Kosten. Bestände und Preise werden sauber synchronisiert und auch komplexere Fälle funktionieren stabil. Besonders positiv ist der schnelle und kompetente Support – man merkt, das hier mit Herzblut gearbeitet wird. Auf unsere Anfrage hin wurde ein Lister entwickelt, der nun automatisch alle bei Zalando existierenden Produkte synchronisiert - Listing auf Autopilot. Sehr coole Funktion!

Preparations:

Sign up as a Zalando Partner.
To list products on Zalando through the Partner portal zDirect, they need to be transmitted to Zalando via the API.
Zalando guides new customers through the following steps. You can sign up with Zalando here:

Initial registration/first call with Zalando

Onboarding call with information about the process, brand readiness, specifications, etc.

Document and product verification, including size grid inquiries

Result: Provision of access to the zDirect portal

Registering a Developer User:

You first need to add a technical partner to your account who can then create an application that our Shopware plugin can connect to. We offer to do this for you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at: service@shopmeister.org

In the login area, you will find the "Technical Integration" section - in the top-right corner of the 4 boxes.

Now, you need to register a technical partner. We offer to be that partner for you. Alternatively, you can do it yourself.

The technical partner is registered and activated.

After activation, the technical partner can log in and register an application.

You can find the application under the "Applications" section.

There, you can view the Client ID and Client Secret.

You will also find your Merchant ID in the Merchant Details section - you will need this as well.

Plugin Installation:

You simply can download the plugin directly from the shopware store in your shopware 6 shop. Afer installing and activating, you can setup the plugin configuration itself. here you can use your app credentials for both, sandbox and live mode. We recommend testing the zalando integration in sandbox mode first. we can help you here generating test orders for your special use-case. The credentials remain the same. For all using of the plugin, you will need to have your Shop in the production mode. Than you can see the zalando settings in the Settinsg -> extensions page and in addition to the credentials, we also ask for settings, if you select the right country you want to sell in. Pleasemake all further configurations here and save them. Dont forget to setup the price and stock synchronisation and to maybe create your own sales-channel for the imported orders. From here, you can sell and earn money. If you need any assistance, just contact us.
