About the Extension
The ability to login as customer provides store administrators with a number of important capabilities:
- You can accompany your customers in the shopping process, easily help them during the checkout process
- It is possible to discover a store from a new brand perspective, acting like the existing shopper
- Some difficult cases your support department will be able to quickly visit accounts without the necessity to request login and password
- All logins as a customer are logged and available for checking in the backend at any time
- Truck the administrators who ordered in the shop via the customer login
- Display in the header who is logged in as a customer
HOW TO LOGIN AS A CUSTOMER?
- Go to Customers
- Find the needed customer
- Click on Edit
- Click on Button "Login As Customer"
