About the Extension
The VIO.App B2B Workflow adds a new group of employee rights: the order request.
With this, you can withdraw the right to place orders from employees; instead, the order request is assigned to them. It comes before "open" in the internal status of orders.In the checkout, these employees see a new button "Request approval".
In the standard configuration, orders with this status also remain invisible to the shop operator (this setting is configurable).
Orders with the status "Release requested" have no influence on the stock level, the available stock is only cross-checked at the moment of release of this request.
Orders can be accepted or rejected, rejected order requests can also be reactivated later if desired.
The extension contains its own business events for relevant events, which could then be used with your own email layouts (e.g. notification of incoming enquiry).
