About the Extension

Customer Specific Discounts allows you to assign individual discounts per customer on categories, dynamic product groups, or entire customer groups. Perfect for B2B shops, loyal customer pricing, and individual pricing strategies.

Multiple Discount Levels

Product Discounts: Set discounts directly on individual products. Perfect for special items or promotional products.

Customer Discounts: Assign percentage discounts for individual customers on specific categories or dynamic product groups (product streams). Management is done directly in the customer profile in the admin.

Customer Global Discounts: Give individual customers a global discount that applies to all products in the shop.

Customer Group Discounts: Assign a global discount for all customers in a customer group. This discount automatically applies to all products in the shop.

Guest Discounts: Show discounted prices to all visitors without requiring login. Apply your default customer group's discount to non-logged-in users automatically.

Flexible Priority Control

When multiple discounts could apply, you can determine which discount is used:

Most specific first: Product discount takes precedence, then individual, then customer global, then group
Individual first: Individual customer discount takes precedence, group discount as fallback
Higher wins: The higher discount is applied (customer-friendly)
Lower wins: The lower discount is applied (shop-friendly)

Easy Management

Discounts are managed directly in the customer profile in a clear table view. New discounts can be quickly added and existing discounts can be edited inline. Customer group discounts are maintained directly in the customer group settings under "Additional fields".

Customizable Display

You can choose whether the discount is displayed as a separate line item in the cart or whether the price is directly reduced. The discount label can be customized with variables.

Additional display options:

Show total savings: Display a "You save X" message in the cart and checkout
Original price strikethrough: Show the original price crossed out next to the discounted price

Installation

Install the plugin via the Plugin Manager
Activate the plugin
Clear the cache

Setting up Customer Discounts

Go to Customers > Overview
Open a customer
Switch to the Customer Discounts tab
Click Add Discount
Select a category or dynamic product group
Enter the discount percentage
Save the customer

Setting up Customer Global Discounts

Go to Customers > Overview
Open a customer
Scroll to Additional fields
Enter the Global Customer Discount (%)
Save the customer

Setting up Customer Group Discounts

Go to Settings > Shop > Customer Groups
Open a customer group
Scroll to Additional fields
Enter the Global Discount (%)
Save the customer group

Setting up Product Discounts

Go to Catalogues > Products
Open a product
Scroll to Additional fields
Enter the Product-specific Discount (%)
Save the product

Plugin Settings

Under Extensions > My Extensions > Customer Specific Discounts > Configuration you will find the following settings:

Discount label: Customizable label with variables
Discount as separate line item: Display as separate item or price reduction
Discount priority: Control when multiple discounts apply
Enable customer group discounts: Enable/disable group discounts
Enable product-specific discounts: Enable/disable product discounts
Enable customer global discounts: Enable/disable global customer discounts
Show total savings: Display "You save X" message in checkout
Show original price strikethrough: Show original price crossed out

Migrating from WebLa_ProductGroupDiscount

If you previously used the WebLa_ProductGroupDiscount plugin, your existing discounts will continue to work automatically. To migrate your data to the new system:

Open a terminal in your Shopware installation
Run bin/console webla:customer-discounts:migrate --dry-run to preview the migration
Run bin/console webla:customer-discounts:migrate to perform the migration
After successful migration, you can uninstall the old WebLa_ProductGroupDiscount plugin

Note: Even without migration, all existing discounts continue to work. The migration simply converts them to the new, more flexible format.

You can choose whether the higher discount wins (customer-friendly), the lower discount wins (shop-friendly), or whether individual discounts take precedence over group discounts.
