Purpose of the plugin

The Acris Product Review Summarizer extends Shopware 6 with AI-generated summaries of product reviews. Customers can view the most important opinions and experiences regarding a product in a concise and clear format directly on the product detail page.

Automatic AI summaries of product reviews
The plugin automatically analyses existing product reviews using OpenAI and generates clear summaries from them. Key points and recurring customer feedback are clearly summarised and displayed directly on the front end.

Flexible display on the product detail page
The position of the review summary can be flexibly configured. An optional AI icon is also available to clearly identify AI-generated content.

Customisable summary length
The maximum word count for the generated summaries can be customised. This allows for both brief overviews and more detailed summaries.

Automatic background generation
Summaries can be automatically generated in the background for existing product reviews. This ensures content remains continuously up to date without the need for manual creation or maintenance. Additionally, the number of summaries generated simultaneously can be configured to specifically manage the use of OpenAI API credits.

Multilingual summaries for international shops
The plugin supports the creation of summaries in various languages. You can specify for which shop languages content should be generated. Optionally, each language can be summarised separately, rather than automatically translating existing content.
