In the Shopware standard, the shop owner is not automatically notified when new customers register for specific customer groups. As a result, activations or feedback may easily be delayed.
We have therefore developed a plugin that simplifies and accelerates this process:
Automatic email notification
As soon as a customer registers via the registration form of a specific customer group, an email is automatically triggered. The shop owner is immediately informed of the new registration and can promptly decide on activation.
Flexibly customisable
The recipient of the notification can be freely defined in the Flow Builder – whether shop owner, sales, or another department. In addition, the supplied email template can be individually customised or extended in the admin.
Easy integration
When installed, the plugin automatically creates a preconfigured flow in the Flow Builder. By default, this sends a notification to the email address stored in the master data and is ready to use immediately. If another address is to be used, the flow can be flexibly adjusted. The function is available for all customer groups where the option "Custom registration form" is activated.
