Purpose of the plugin
This plugin makes it possible to apply different discounts based on the cart value within a single Shopware promotion. Each discount can have its own minimum and maximum cart value. A single promotion code can therefore grant different discounts at different cart values.
Different discounts with the same promotion code
For example, customers can receive a €10 discount when their cart reaches €100. Once the cart reaches €200, the same promotion code can grant a €50 discount instead. Each discount is assigned its own cart value range.
Define a cart value range for each discount
Minimum and maximum cart values are entered directly for each discount in Shopware Promotions. Both fields are optional, allowing discount ranges without a lower or upper limit.
Combine discounts when needed
Each discount in a promotion is checked individually. If several cart value ranges match, all corresponding discounts are applied together. To apply only one discount at a time, the ranges must not overlap.
Calculate cart value consistently
The cart value is based on the total of the cart items before discounts and excludes shipping costs. Both range limits are inclusive, so a discount also applies when the cart value exactly matches its minimum or maximum value.
