About the Extension

By default, Shopware only displays the internal Shopware order number in the order overview. External references, such as a number assigned by the ERP system or a customer-specific order number, cannot be maintained and are not visible to the customer.

We have therefore developed a plugin that offers the following advantages:


Additional fields for orders in the admin area
Our plugin adds two additional fields to order management. In the order details in the admin area, both an external order number, for example from the ERP system, and an order number assigned by the customer can be maintained. These references are thus centrally located and easily accessible for the shop operator.

Display in the customer account
The numbers entered are automatically displayed in the respective order in the customer account. This means that important references are visible at all times and can be easily used by customers and shop operators alike to clearly assign orders.
